| From Pet to Plate, Cuy or "Guinea Pig" as this local delicacy is referred to in the States is a refreshing change to the northern palate. Unlike most unusual food, Cuy, known for the sabor or "flavor" of its thick, chewy, oily skin does NOT taste like chicken. |

During the next 10 hours, the boat seemed to cover a distance of about eleven inches.
